Micro greens are a term used for vegetables that are harvested at small seedling stage. They are a nutritious and tasty addition to any salad. They can be grown any time of year. When the seedlings are 5-10 cm high, around 10-12 days, cut off and sprinkle on top of salads, sandwiches or use as a garnish.
