Micro Greens Seeds
Micro greens is a term used for vegetables that are harvested at small seedling stage. They are a nutritious and tasty addition to any salad. They can be grown any time of year. When the seedlings are 5-8 cm high, around 10-12 days, cut off at ground level and sprinkle on top of salads, sandwiches or use as a garnish. Packet size 10 grams - prefect for three sowings in our beige window box. Mix contains: Beet Bulls Blood, Moss Curled Cress, Red Russian Kale, Parsley Flat Leaf, Rocket and Mustard Streaks.
