It is really important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy please return your order within 14 days of the invoice date and we will assist you with a prompt exchange, refund or credit.
If an item under $7.00 is not available GardenPost will automatically substitute with a similar product of the same or greater value. Items from $7-$25 will be issued a Credit Voucher unless otherwise advised. Over $25 a cheque refund will be made.
Delivery charges on returns are not refundable, however all exchanged products due to product fault are sent freight free.
Wildflower World offers our customers the highest quality seeds available in accordance with New Zealand's Biosecurity Regulations covering importation of seed. We warrant to the extent of the purchase price that the seed sold are as described on the packet, within recognized tolerances. We make no other warranties, expressed or implied.

1. The website is a secure ordering site hosted by a secure server - the encryption technology behind this ensures your information is safe at all times.
2. Should any fraudulent charges be made to your credit card as a result of shopping with us you will not have to pay for anything. Your bank does not hold you liable for fraudulent charges worth $50.00 or more. We will cover this liability for you up to the full $50.00 so you won't be out of pocket at all! Remember you must notify your bank or credit card provider as soon as you discover an unauthorised use of your credit card.
